Specialist in Neurosurgery from the Ram¨®n y Cajal Hospital in Madrid, residence from 1990-1996.
Deputy doctor of the neurosurgery service of the Ram¨®n y Cajal hospital in Madrid from 1996 to 2007.
Head of the neurosurgery service of the MDAnderson International Spain Clinic in Madrid 2003-2007.
From 2007 to the present time consultant of the Department of Neurosurgery; since 2009 Coordinator of the Brain Tumor Area of the University of Navarra Clinic.
Especially interested in the treatment of malignant gliomas. In recent years, it has promoted fluorescence-guided surgery and glioblastoma immunotherapy.
Accredited as a trainer in fluorescent-guided malignant glioma surgery of 5 aminolevulinics since 2007. |
