Finding Tax Help in the UK
Moving to another country is tough enough in its own right, without having to deal with the problems that arrive from moving to the country halfway through the tax season. When it came time for me to fill out my UK taxes, I had absolutely no clue whatsoever as to what I was doing. It was all extremely new to me, there were deductions that I had never heard of, and I was in a prime position to make a costly mistake.
A friend neighbor stopped in to meet us one evening, and saw that I had my tax papers all over the place. He chuckled to himself before telling me that he knew of an amazing group of tax advisors that could take care of all my issues for me, hassle free. Of course, I took the bait! I was glad that I did, too. Those tax advisors got me nearly triple the amount that I had figured, so it was definitely worth it!
